- Decomplexity, Portfolio & cross country business interaction management: favor company item decomplexity, in particular for Central Production network, by matching & combining similar local needs in terms of product attributes and conveying them on the minimum possible number of item codes per recipe, in order to achieve the best balance between local business needs and company cost saving plans. This activity is run on a daily basis through TPE requests and at specific times when overall pictures & possible reduction plans on specific categories are requested
- TPE gate B management: Approve/reject gate B of Trade Portfolio Enhancement process with the objective of keeping the minimum number of trade units to favor efficiency
- Artwork Management: Manage production phase of all artwork updates of multi-language product centrally produced and eventually re-shuffle the clusters of languages on packs and the countries accessible to sales in case of insufficient space.
- Codes management: Manage codification process by collecting New Code Creation Request Form, creating codes in Enovia (system) and setting the route for other functions completion in order to release new codes and provide final codes communication
- Product portfolio sellability management: Manage Product Portfolio sellability System by gathering information and requirements concerning Portfolio definition from Countries, performing markets opening or closing for shipment on SAP system, troubleshooting and interfacing with IT dept. to solve issues/changes in order to ensure support and continuous improvement and update of the system
- Education program: World-wide and cross function education program, both in class and through e-learning technology, using ultimate, powerful and up-to date teaching techniques (experiential learning, game-based learning, play the role, branching), tailored to the different workforces to favor personalized & effective learning.
- New platforms task force: Participate in task force with supervisor and Marketing Processes digital transformation to define requirements and test new tools &/or new functionalities.
- University degree, preferably in Marketing/Economics/ International Business or equivalent
- Experience in marketing and/or good knowledge of marketing processes in a complex and international environment
- English proficiency
- Ability to work under pressure , Good communication skills, proactivity and team work attitude
- Very good knowledge of Excel (Vlookup, pivot table, graphs, etc) and Powerpoint. The knowledge of Enovia, Webcenter, Powerapps and/or SAP preferred.
- At ease with complex projects where many aspects must go on simultaneously, find connections between different projects

Job purpose
Provide international coordination, education and on demand one to one consultancy to global, regional and local marketing on marketing processes and tools such as clusterization/TPE, codes, labelling and product portfolio sellability checking for synergies and cross country solutions, following business needs, company cost saving plans or customers’ requests, in order to ensure global alignment and foster effectiveness. The role will focus on Marketing Processes International Coordination for Pasta Blue Box.
