- Develop and manage an internal communications strategy to foster alignment, engagement, and transparency across the organization.
- Write, edit, and distribute regular internal newsletters and other communication materials that inform, inspire, and connect employees.
- Partner with leadership to create and deliver impactful messaging during all-employee meetings, town halls, and other company-wide events.
- Coordinate communication plans for organizational announcements, change management initiatives, and key updates.
- Track, analyze, and report on the success of internal communication and community programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain a calendar of internal events, meetings, and key communication milestones, ensuring timely delivery and coordination.
- Drive initiatives to strengthen team culture and foster a sense of belonging across all levels of the organization.
- Manage and execute action plans that enhance community health, ensuring employees feel heard, valued, and connected.
- Organize and coordinate skip-level meetings to provide employees with direct access to leadership, ensuring an open feedback loop and fostering trust.
- Actively monitor and measure the organization's community health through surveys, focus groups, and direct feedback to identify what's working and address areas of improvement.
- Serve as a champion for the company’s values and ensure they are reflected in all community-building initiatives.
- Be a trusted advocate for employees, bringing insights from all levels to leadership to help shape strategies that enhance the employee experience.
- Regularly gather feedback from the organization to understand the pulse of the community and use these insights to inform initiatives.
- Create and manage forums for employee voices to be heard, fostering a transparent and inclusive culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience in lieu of a degree will also be considered.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, internal communications, employee engagement, or related fields.
- Proven track record of managing internal communication programs and fostering a positive organizational culture.
- Experience planning and executing large-scale internal events such as all-employee meetings, town halls, or leadership forums.
- Experience working cross-functionally with HR, leadership, and other stakeholders to align on communication and engagement strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft clear, compelling, and inclusive messaging.
- Strong storytelling skills to communicate organizational goals, updates, and culture in a way that resonates with diverse employee groups.
- Experience simplifying complex topics for various audiences while maintaining clarity and impact.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Adept at fostering a culture of inclusivity, transparency, and engagement through communication and community initiatives.
- Empathy and active listening skills to understand employee concerns and address them effectively.
- Proficient in communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom) and email marketing platforms (e.g. Poppulo).
- Familiarity with survey and feedback platforms and basic reporting tools.
- Comfortable with using project management tools to organize tasks and track progress.

The base pay range for this role is $82,800 - $118,000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
