- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or another related field
- 1-3 years of marketing, communications and/or project management experience
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to balance numerous projects at varying stages of completion while maintaining attention to detail, priorities, and deadlines.
- Excellent communications skills – verbal and written.
- Proven ability to build positive long-standing relationships with internal clients and staff
- Customer service oriented, builds trust and respect with cross-functional teams
- Effective presentation skills
- Ability to learn new systems and software platforms quickly and effectively
- Project management software experience (Workfront, Asana, Trello, Wrike)
- Experience with the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe AEM)
- Marketing agency or account management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

- Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week
- Hybrid: This position is eligible to work in the office three days a week and has the option to work remotely two days a week.
- Review, assign and prioritize incoming projects to the Creative Services team with input from the Creative Services Project Manager, Design Manager, Content Manager, and Video & Photo Manager as needed for larger / higher priority projects.
- Traffic and follow up with clients on projects and status.
- Monitor projects for roadblocks; facilitate discussions between the internal Client and Creative Services team, including the Creative Services managers as appropriate.
- Facilitate projects with external vendors, such as freelancers
- Create, update and provide analysis on reports generated from Workfront to identify opportunities and weaknesses.
- Support the development of new Workfront reports and dashboards
- Schedule, coordinate and participate in project kickoff, weekly division status and other internal/external meetings as appropriate.
- Prepare related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports and other internal/client communications and correspondence as appropriate. Organize and retain documents.
This position will work closely with the Performance Coatings Group (PCG) Creative Services team of designers, copywriters, videographers, and presentation specialist in support of and in collaboration with the Performance Coatings Group, it’s 7 industrial divisions’ teams and the Associated Products team on marketing and communications initiatives.

Responsibilities
Manage the workflow for Creative Services projects using Workfront, a project management platform and own the Creative Services team production schedule:
Support overall reporting and analysis efforts
With guidance from the Creative Services Project Manager, support new workflows and processes in Workfront as well as overall process improvements
Support the management of the Creative Service team external vendor budget and invoice processing
Internal and external meeting responsibilities:
Support the planning and logistics of the PCG National Sales Meeting
