- Plan, develop, and implement marketing projects for assigned areas of the business.
- Interface with cross-departmental stakeholders and develop marketing plans that align strategies of the customer and the company initiatives.
- Coordinate the development of campaigns and tactics including digital, collateral, and social media.
- Gather project requirements and translate those into actionable plans.
- Develop and maintain detailed marketing plans, project plans and schedules.
- Identify dependencies and critical paths and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Execute deliverables and establish project measurements for success.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, along with previous retail or direct marketing experience is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, grammar, and organizational skills are needed.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills are required.
- Occasional travel is necessary.
