- New promotions definition, execution (including communication plan) and monitoring for Openbank customers.
- Reporting elaboration and analysis for communication and business metrics.
- Analysis of trends and tracking of competitors. New mechanics and rewards proposals.
- Support for Customer Care department in the incidents management and proposal of process improvement to diminish contacts and improve customer experience.
- This position works closely with individuals across the Business, IT, Product, Compliance and Legal Teams.
- Working close with Product owners and markets to maximize results.
- +5 years of experience in a similar role.
- University or Master`s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Advertising or similar field.
- Experience in Customer communications online channels: email, push notifications, banners.
- Experience in planning, design, and implement promotional communication campaigns, including thorough validation of copies and final pieces.
- Experience working in Digital Marketing, Business Development or CRM departments in tech or FMCG companies.
- Desired: bonus points if you have knowledge of or an interest in the banking sector or financial products.
- Experience working in challenging environments.
- Skills required: organized, attention to detail, Multi-tasking.
- English is a must. Extra bonus for: Portuguese, Dutch or German.

Openbank is looking for a driven, data- and results-oriented Marketing Promotions expert to join our Business Development Team and increase customer engagement and cross-selling.
