      About the Role:

      For our HQs based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a Marketing Services Procurement Category Manager who will report directly to the Marketing Services Category Leader.

      Main Responsibilities:

      In this position, you will actively contribute to the definition and execution of the Marketing Services category strategy according to medium and long-term Group strategies and responding to the business needs.

      You will analyse the industry market, identifying partners that are suitable to Group requirements and potentially valuable to foster innovation.
      Morever, your role will be to perform spend analysis with the support of procurement tools.

      On top of this, you will consolidate relationships with existing suppliers and conduct negotiations in alignment with internal procedures.
      You will also monitor suppliers' performances through specific KPIs.

      You will define contracts applying the internal methodologies, procedures, and risk management tools that meet qualitative, quantitative, timing and service level standards.

      Finally, you will support the Region General Procurement Managers to optimize and standardize the procurement processes, enhancing the process performance and delivering the best results for the business.

      Who we are looking for:

      You will bring your educational background in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or other related fields with 5-7 years of experience in Marketing with Procurement knowledge.

      Furthermore, you will bring your experience in supplier selection & qualification, strategic sourcing, suppliers’ performance evaluation as well as tender and contract management.

      Also, your strong interpersonal skills and commitment to excellence with a result-oriented approach will be essential for this role.

      Finally, you will bring your fluency in English.
