Job Description:
The employer is seeking a Senior Specialist, Lifecycle Marketing to lead scalable and efficient customer onboarding programs. This role will focus on developing and implementing an email marketing strategy for onboarding and deepening relationships with small business customers. Responsibilities include enhancing and growing the email program, identifying new touchpoints, implementing a testing program, and advising on customer experience and business growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement email and other addressable marketing channels to drive product adoption among new customers
- Drive innovation and testing in email marketing programs
- Lead creative development for customer lifecycle campaigns, including providing direction to internal and external agency partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on business goals and develop marketing plans
- Develop and execute test plans to optimize creative and analyze results
- Monitor key performance indicators and collaborate with the analytics team for analysis
- Stay informed on banking industry trends to identify future opportunities
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience in the marketing industry
- Experience executing results-focused marketing campaigns
- Strong background in customer-first marketing plans and prioritizing the customer experience
- Familiarity with customer journey platforms and martech platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Movable Ink, Adobe Analytics)
- Ability to develop test plans and analyze results for actionable marketing plans
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and team-building skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects on time and within budget
- Agility in thinking and delivery in a dynamic environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

Salary Range:
The salary range for this role is $76,840.00 - $99,440.00 based on location and qualifications.
