Compensation: $26.25 - $38.07 per hour (Skookum's compensation strategy is to position new employees between the minimum and midpoint of this range, depending on qualifications and experience.)

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm (flexible start and end times depending on scheduling needs. This will be a hybrid/remote position with some office days required, depending upon business needs and after training period is complete, up to managers discretion.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Development and Execution: Create and implement cutting-edge marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising. Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.

• Content Creation: Develop compelling content for diverse marketing materials such as blog posts, social media updates, emails, and website content. Ensure brand messaging consistency across all communication channels.

• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, analyze the competitive landscape, and understand customer preferences. Utilize market insights to shape marketing strategies and plans.

• Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including social media and design, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

• Analytics and Reporting: Utilize advanced analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance. Prepare detailed reports and present findings to the marketing team for data-driven decision-making.

Summary of desired skills and experience for the Skookum Marketing Specialist:

• 3 - 5 years of previous experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or equivalent preferred.

• At least 1 year of previous Marketing experience, required.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field, required

• Combination of experience and education is considered.

• Proven experience in marketing campaign development and execution.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• A valid state driver's license is required, with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Skookum's insurance.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access. A background check and E-Verify will be conducted for this position.
