      What you’ll do


      As CEC and Events Marketing Specialist, you will sit within the Vodafone Business UK Marketing and Brand team and will be responsible for:


      1. Planning and hosting Discovery Sessions in our CECs (Customer Experience Centres) where we collaborate with our Vodafone Business customers and showcase the latest innovation and tech - both in-person (Newbury and Wimbledon) and virtually. You will manage the whole process end-to-end, from booking through to developing the agenda and hosting the customer on the day.


      2. Supporting the planning and execution of our content-led events, such as Customer Advisory Boards, thought-leadership events, industry and public sector events.

      • Organise, plan and facilitate engaging customer CEC sessions with businesses across Vodafone Business UK in virtual and physical settings
      • Create and develop customer journeys and storyboards that showcase our products and services in a bespoke way for the customer
      • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, Go-To-Market etc. to develop new content, demonstrations and resources for creating bespoke customer CEC sessions
      • Continually review market insights and new technologies to deliver innovative sessions that will surprise and delight our customers
      • Support in the planning and execution of Vodafone Business UK content-led events
      • Create and manage CEC and event reporting dashboards
      • Third-party agency management to deliver events and activities to brief, within budget and on-time
      • Third-party stakeholder management, including partners and suppliers
      • Support on ad-hoc projects across the wider Business UK Marketing team

      Who you are

      This is a unique role, with a variety of deliverables. It requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and time management in order to co-ordinate multiple CEC session and events simultaneously.

      • Ability to operate at a fast pace and quickly learn information, which can be relayed back in presentations/demonstrations
      • A strong desire to deliver the best possible customer experience through iterating and improving processes
      • A self-starter with strong organisational and prioritisation skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
      • A confident presenter and articulate communicator
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Good stakeholder management
      • A team player
