What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and execute onboarding, retention, and engagement campaigns across various channels
- Develop and refine customer-facing content and messaging tailored to segmented audiences
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support the operations and promotion of the Ambassador and Referral program to drive brand advocacy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with customer journey milestones

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in onboarding and retention campaigns
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a focus on customer-first messaging

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with campaign execution, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing
- Familiarity with marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar)
- Knowledge of databases/database marketing
- Product management and go-to-market strategy experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
