What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and execute onboarding, retention, and engagement campaigns across various channels
- Develop and refine customer-facing content and messaging for segmented audiences
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Support the operations and promotion of the Ambassador and Referral program
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely campaign launches aligned with customer milestones

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on customer-first messaging

- Experience in onboarding and retention campaigns
- Familiarity with marketing platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Background in healthcare
- Knowledge of databases and database marketing
