    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (digital media, interactive design, English).
    • Three to five years of experience in a marketing or communication related position
    • Conduct in-depth market research to extract actionable insights on user needs, competitor landscapes, and market trends.
    • Establish collaborative relationships with staff and administration while comfortably delivering and receiving constructive feedback.
    • Utilize your proficiency in data analysis and visualization to share meaningful insights that guide business decisions and strategies.
    • Implement online and offline marketing efforts, including customer journeys, paid search, CRM automation, analytics, paid media and email campaigns.
    • Champion creativity by generating original ideas and cultivating an environment conducive to creative problem-solving.
    • Employ your project management acumen to meticulously plan, execute, and monitor initiatives, ensuring they adhere to timelines and budgets.
    • Collaborate and support the Marketing and Strategic Initiatives Manager on a wide range of strategic and day-to-day initiatives, including active promotion of Communications, Marketing and Engagement’s marketplace services.

      The Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU) is seeking a Marketing Specialist within the Communications, Marketing, and Engagement Division. In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal part in driving marketing initiatives, responsible for delivering comprehensive marketing services to both internal and external clients. Collaborating closely with subject matter experts, you'll be at the forefront of identifying integrated marketing strategies that seamlessly weave together to create a comprehensive customer journey across all touchpoints. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping a clear roadmap that unifies departments and aligns diverse channels and tactics, including websites, content marketing, search, social media, marketing automation, apps, and media outreach. With a strong emphasis on marketing automation, your actionable plan will be a driving force behind business growth and enhanced customer engagement.

      Qualifications:

      Salary:
      Project Band 14
      $64,395- $80,494 (2024-25 School Year Rates)
      Salary Bands will be determined by start date and are determined by years of experience

      Schedule:
      12 month/260-day calendar
      7.5 hours/day
