      Weu2019re looking for a Marketing Specialist to support the marketing team across a variety of day-to-day projects and campaigns. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working across a variety of projects, is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their marketing skills in a fast-paced environment. From helping with digital content to assisting with events, web updates, and community engagement, youu2019ll play an important part in keeping our marketing efforts running smoothly and professionally. This position is based in our El Segundo office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.

      Key Responsibilities: u00A0

      Content & Campaign Support:
      • Assist with social media content creation, including drafting captions, formatting assets, and contributing creative ideas.
      • Help create basic designs using Canva for use across digital channels and internal screens.
      • Support the development of content for TV monitor slides displayed internally.
      Digital Presence & Website:
      • Ensure online directories and listings are up to date and reflect a strong brand presence.
      • Assist with website maintenance tasks, including uploading blog posts, publishing banners, and updating content.
      Event & Logistics Coordination:
      • Provide event support, including ordering materials, preparing setup guides, organizing giveaways, and gathering post-event reports or feedback.
      Community Engagement:
      • Help monitor and respond to social media comments and messages to foster community engagement.
      • Track and report on online reviews and reputation trends and support campaigns to generate more positive feedback.
      Analytics & Reporting Support:
      • Assist with pulling basic reports on campaign and social media performance, web traffic, and engagement metrics.
      • Help maintain internal dashboards or marketing performance trackers.
      Asset & File Management:
      • Organize and maintain shared marketing assets, photos, logos, and templates to support team consistency and efficiency.
      Vendor & Partner Coordination:
      • Support communication with external vendors, such as printers or promotional item suppliers, for event and campaign needs.
      General Team Support
      • Help the marketing team with other tasks as needed to keep projects moving forward and ensure campaigns are well-executed.

      Requirements :

      Must-Have Qualifications:
      • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing support role (or equivalent internship/entry-level experience).
      • Organized and dependable with strong attention to detail.
      • Basic understanding of digital platforms, including websites, social media, and online listings.
      • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
      • Experience using Canva or other design tools.
      • Positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to take initiative and learn on the job.
      Preferred Qualifications:u00A0
      • Familiarity with project management tools, like Monday.com.
      • Background or interest in healthcare, behavioral health, or autism-related services.
      • Familiarity with website hosting platforms, like Squarespace or WordPress.
