Location: Before July 7th Boulder CO. After July 7th - Lafayette CO. In office 4 days per week
Position Description
This Global Marketing Product Manager will own product marketing from commercialization to grave for the Respiratory Interventions portfolio and will create programs and opportunities to achieve financial goals.
This individual will be responsible for the management of project deliverables, product communication and cross-functional alignment to ensure projects are tracking toward completion by engaging regional partners and marketing leadership in key decisions.
Position Responsibilities
· Monitoring product performance, analyzing sales data, and identifying areas for improvement.
· Set & implement pricing strategy and measure effectiveness for portfolio
· Co-Develop with downstream marketing team and further implement marketing materials and programs.
· Lead for current product providing product expertise and training.
· Drive launch planning and execution for new products with regions. Be the main conduit of marketing for various implementation projects including information flow in and out of global regional teams about product needs, market needs and appropriate use of product.
· Execute routine operating mechanisms that ensure proper regional team and operating unit linkage and communication.
· Manage product forecasting. Manage portfolio availability (i.e.: S&OE, IBP). Communicate forecast with logistic planners on Product lifecycle management to ensure production demand is accurate/ visible to manufacturing
· Develop, support and coordinate Product Life Cycle Management & Portfolio Planning with appropriate teams and personnel
· Support R&D sustaining activities to meet global market needs.
· Support key project meetings aimed at driving execution of project deliverables in a timely manner.
· Report project related activity and deliverable status to marketing leadership/Product management on a regular cadence
· Identify and report MDR project risks, as well as development and socialization of plans to mitigate these risks
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; such as Marketing, Communications or Engineering
• 5+ years of product marketing management experience
• Experience in a highly matrixed environment, marketing program development is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of clinical terms also a plus.
Desired/Preferred Qualifications
· In-depth knowledge of the medical devices industry, including regulatory requirements and compliance standards, to ensure the successful development and launch of innovative products.
· Strong project management skills to effectively plan and oversee the entire product lifecycle, from commercialization to grave, while meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
· Excellent market research and analysis capabilities to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, informing product strategy and decision-making.
· Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and regulatory teams, fostering strong relationships and driving successful product development and commercialization.
