- Draft and implement marketing communication strategies & plans in support of marketing and business strategies. Work individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost, if applicable, and managing projects to completion.
- Work collaboratively to develop and deliver content for various communication channels in a visually appealing manner, consistent with our brand and intended messaging. Experience in design and aesthetics to create well-thought-out communications and presentations. Uphold our brand guidelines and work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all brand presentation is of a high standard. Create consistent themes, messaging, and branding in all communication touch points.
- Build and maintain lateral & vertical internal and external relationships to obtain, synthesize and articulate information.
- Research, source and develop content and visual elements for use on websites, in presentations, digital formats, marketing materials and events. Create and maintain marketing channels, collateral and tools.
- Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of the company’s and CDx’s policies, values, and strategies, as well as keep up to date with relevant initiative and market developments.
- Support the CDx Communication team as needed for overflow content development or special projects.
2+ years’ experience in Marketing, Communications or related area
Solid professional writing experience (50-60% of the position)
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, a desire to collaborate and ability to communicate across various functional areas
Copy writing for marketing pieces across multiple mediums
Experience working in Microsoft Office/365 with exceptional proficiency in PowerPoint
Highly organized self-starter that w orks well under limited direction
Detailed-oriented with strong project management skills
Experience working within digital marketing tools, especially email
Experience in creating video and streaming content
4+ years’ experience in Marketing, Communications or related area preferred
Pharmacy/ Distribution experience is a plus
The position offers a hybrid work schedule with mandatory onsite meetings . Remote location base d in the F t . Worth area only. Relocation away from Ft. Worth now or in the future will not be considered .
The majority of our “nonessential onsite” employees will have the flexibility to predominantly work from home. The Customer Distribution Experience Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the development and execution of the marketing strategy and value narrative along with the positioning of CDx as the premiere provider of supply chain, distribution, and customer experience solutions to our McKesson customers. Design and execute effective internal and external communication strategies that support the various levels of the organization and that support CDx, its business partners and stakeholders. This position is responsible for writing content and partnering with the Marketing & Communications teams, Event Planning, designers, production vendors and other internal key groups for the development and delivery of a compelling marketing story leveraging key communication methods and channels (presentations, print collateral, video, digital and web content, events, etc.).

Our Base Pay Range for this position
