Our group of specialists use their core craft skills and deep knowledge of local needs to design and activate holistic M+C experiences at the market level. The team supports the entire lifecycle of a marketing campaign, from inception to launch to the evaluation of results. In doing so, they are able to scale our learnings, results and provide insights on activations across M+C.

Job Description

• Supports market eminence in the campaign creation process that begins with the MU brief and ends with the last mile execution of getting the content into the hands of the target audiences. This includes asset development & localization, running review meetings with relevant stakeholders and delivery according to plan, working with different teams on processes and deliverables.
• Support M+C teams on planning, executing, tracking, and analysis of marketing campaigns.
• Orchestrate, prioritize, activate and enable local eminence and candidate marketing programs and experiences.
• Cultivate a strong, collaborative relationship with the M+C community, while supporting the delivery of last-mile activation objectives as well as direct mail, client mailers and others to increase relevance and resonance with clients in the local MUs.especially key visuals and videos
• Advise and activate on the development, transcreation and alignment of content and assets across the marketing mix,
• Champion a data-led mindset by evaluating performance and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Priority Skills and Specializations:

• Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills, as well as the ability be extremely creative within brand guidelines
• Video production and editing know-how and familiarity with new and upcoming video formats
• Well organized with program/campaign management, event management and/or candidate marketing skills
• Strong project management skills, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and constantly evolving context, and proven management of cross functional teams
• Demonstrate a spirit of collaboration in all we do and a passion for learning with an ability to manage multiple work streams and programs simultaneously.
• Accountable and engaged with an ability to interact with multiple points of contact across functional groups at various career levels.
• Exemplify a data-led, modern marketing approach.

• Skilled in social and emerging channels; content curation, design & creation; digital design services
