      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and support the development of proposal materials, ensuring coordination and production of deliverables
      - Collaborate with marketing teammates and other team members to create pursuit strategies and marketing collateral
      - Conduct marketing research to inform overall market and office strategies
      - Support local marketing activities, including sponsorships and events to enhance brand visibility
      - Maintain and update Salesforce for clients and pursuits, ensuring accuracy and quality of content

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a marketing or communications role for a professional services firm
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a proactive approach
      - Proficiency in InDesign, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Fundamental abilities in strategy, design, and writing, with demonstrated capacity for advancement in at least one area

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and/or Construction industry
      - Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint, Sharepoint, Open Asset, and Miro
