- Execute and coordinate at-scale digital marketing, communication, and promotion efforts
- Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with our internal business partners
- Strong writer and editor, with a knack for generating high-quality digital content
- Help design, develop, and implement digital marketing campaigns
- Accountable for delivering against new and existing marketing campaigns and ensuring the execution and measurement are aligned to specific business KPIs
- Measure campaigns and report on program effectiveness
- Assist in the development of digital marketing materials for products and services including product communications, product and campaign webpages and advertisements
- Ensure marketing materials support and align with business and marketing strategies
- Oversee and update Group Benefits Marketing communication governance for members and sponsors
- Understand digital marketing capabilities and update basic HTML coding, as required
- You obsess about customers, listen, engage, and act for their benefit.

- University or college study in marketing, communications, media or related field of study
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of marketing experience
- Significant experience working with marketing technologies and data
- Excellent communication skills with strong ability to create, compose and edit written materials that are impactful and compelling
- Skilled in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and other content management systems
- You have a basic understanding of HTML to support digital marketing initiatives
- Work within a team and the ability to interface and work effectively with a wide range of people at multiple levels within an organization
- Hands-on and proactive; able to work with minimal supervision
- Drive to succeed
- Self-motivated, organized

Our team delivers innovative digital marketing focusing on health and wellness benefits and experiences that help our customers live better, healthier lives, and build strong organizations. Reporting to the Director, Digital Marketing & Experience the Marketing Consultant in Group Benefits Marketing will assist in developing marketing collateral and campaigns for our stakeholders, support marketing operational efficiencies and execute on digital marketing strategies that effectively engage our members and sponsors.

Salary range is expected to be between
$68,775.00 CAD - $114,625.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location, please contact recruitment@manulife.com for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
