      Compensation includes a base salary of $58,400.00 - $87,600.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

      Job Description

      The Marketing Specialist – Vertical Enterprise role will be focused on planning and executing comprehensive marketing plans for our healthcare and large account segments. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and execute multi-channel marketing programs, work cross-functionally to ensure program success, collaborate with partners internally and externally and analyze performance to report on program effectiveness. This role will need to have a growth mindset to boost revenue and propel the business forward.

      What You’ll Do

      • Support the creation of comprehensive marketing plans and execute strategic programs to drive revenue growth for our enterprise healthcare and large account segments.
      • Collaborate with various teams internally and externally to support strategic goals and execute programs.
      • Acquire an in-depth knowledge of our target audiences and industry.
      • Plan and execute varying levels of event programs to increase brand exposure and generate quality leads.
      • Craft distinct messaging and positioning to distinguish us in the marketplace.
      • Create content pieces and campaigns to support the healthcare and large account sales teams.
      • Maintain and optimize our digital footprint across multiple channels.
      • Manage budgets effectively; forecasting, tracking and optimizing spend.
      • Track and manage program KPIs to ensure program effectiveness.
      • Create reports and presentations to showcase program ROI and effectiveness.
      • Participate in strategy meetings with marketing team and boundary partners to discuss and plan marketing strategies and execution.
      • Take on additional responsibilities as required.

      Who You Are

      Minimum

      • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline and 2 or more years of experience in marketing or a related field.
      • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work in a face-paced environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
      • Ability to effectively work with teams internally and externally of the organization.
      • Ability to manage multiple people and timelines to ensure program success.
      • Excellent organizational skills and process orientated mindset.
      • Creative, innovative and positive attitude and approach to working.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
      • Some travel may be required.

      Preferred

      • Knowledge of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
      • Experience with social media, digital marketing, and event marketing.
      • Experience in telecommunications or technology industry.
