- Develop marketing plans to define the unique value proposition of Red Cross products and services.
- Support the production and distribution of marketing content to include collateral, web, sales presentations, white papers, and positioning statements collateral with strategic messaging.
- Support the development and implementation of strategic product marketing plans to promote core blood products with hospital customers.
- Identify or support market research, campaign planning, demand generation, connection planning and potential brand enhancement opportunities to accomplish the organization’s goals.
- Research, identify and select the best channels to improve effectiveness of product marketing efforts and meet the unique needs of each campaign, partner and/or audience.
- Manage the infrastructure and process, technical capabilities, and continuous improvement activities to achieve marketing goals.
- Use best practices and knowledge of internal and external business issues to solve complex problems.
- 4-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of related experience
- Demonstrated track record of developing and maintaining operational and process initiatives in support of marketing activities.
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to assimilate information quickly, analyze problems, and implement solutions required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proven track record of strategic marketing on customer-focused direct marketing activities will be helpful to you in this role.
- Should be self-motivated – this position is fully remote.

The American Red Cross is seeking creative, self-motivated marketing specialist to develop and evaluate marketing strategies and tactics to help effectively position Red Cross products and services. Develop hospital facing content and sales enablement resources, client communications, medical education, and positioning statements for RFPS and sales presentations as it relates to products and services. Works in collaboration with Red Cross product strategy, sales, process, and medical office.

SALARY INFORMATION:
The salary range for this position is $90,000-$95,000.
This job will be posted for a minimum of five business days and extended if the applicant pool needs to be expanded.
