      Marketing Specialist – Full Time, Entry-Level

      Latrobe, PA

      Adelphoi is a major player in the delivery of counseling, residential, adoption, foster care, and educational services to youth and families. For over 50 years, we have helped thousands of families and youths with growth to more than 20 group homes and education centers throughout Pennsylvania, including our central 19-acre campus in Latrobe.

      What You’ll Do:
      As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for Adelphoi’s community engagement and marketing presence to support the services we offer to youth. Your work will be essential to a 24/7/365 operation, helping adolescents in temporary care navigate challenges and find a path forward.

      • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms.
      • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics.
      • Support content creation.
      • Assist with website design and marketing strategy.
      • Utilize various technology platforms to deliver and present marketing materials.
      • Assess the macro environment to determine trends and opportunities for brand growth.

      What We Require:

      • Bachelor’s preferred in Marketing, Communications, or a Business related field.
      • 1-2 years of experience preferred in digital marketing and community outreach.
      • Must be at least 21 years of age
      • Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License
      • Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances
      • Proof of Auto Insurance
      • Pass Physical Examination Upon Job Offer
