      Ford Performance is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of automotive innovation and performance. The focus of this position is to support Ford Performance's marketing efforts in four various forms of motorsports - NASCAR, NHRA, Formula Drift and Sprint Car.

      This is a hybrid role to Concord, NC and candidates will be required to work regularly onsite.

      Qualifications

      You'll have…

      • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
      • 5+ year’s work experience in the field of marketing, or related.
      • 5+ years' work experience coordinating projects across multiple teams and race series.

      • Proven experience motorsports, professional sports or lifestyle events.
      • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to working hours.
      • Knack for meeting deadlines.
      • Curious about the motorsports industry.
      • Ability to work collaboratively in team environment, as well as independently.
      • Strong presentation skills.

      Other Information:

      • Domestic travel will be required and working weekend and evening hours.

      This position is a range of salary grades 5-8.

      Responsibilities

      What you'll do…

      • Perform fundamentally consumer marketing and communications tasks that contribute to program successes.
      • Assist the Ford Performance marketing team on planning, as well as on implementation of program initiatives. Initiatives include, but are not limited, to at-track activations, influencer hosting opportunities, annual promotions and more.
      • Coordinate meetings and agendas, plus attend to contribute and take meeting minutes.
      • Compile and analyze data to accurately assist with reporting impact and outcomes on marketing programs and initiatives.
      • Assist with preparation of department presentations and leadership communications.
      • Track competitive activity to keep abreast of motorsport trends and practices.
      • Assist team with writing, maintaining and updating necessary department and program-specific documents and communications (i.e. news releases, feature articles, social copy, PA announcements, program ads, etc.).
      • Support team with monitoring delivery on partnership (league/team/sponsor/athlete) assets, and act as directed.
      • Support with vehicle coordination and shipment to Ford Performance events.
      • Ability to work independently on projects, moving them forward while meeting internal deadlines.
      • Assist with budget reconciliations and annual budget tracking as needed.
      • Work cross-functionally with Engineering/Communications/Global Markets/Licensing/Dealer Relations/Design/Retail Marketing/Product Marketing/etc. to assist with multi-faceted programs.
