      As a Marketing Specialist at Ryan Homes, a brand of NVR, you will play an important role in the development and execution of marketing strategies specific to our homebuilding communities. Your efforts will drive high quality community web leads and model traffic that convert to appointments, ultimately helping the region meet or exceed their sales plan. In this role you are focused on achieving an optimal online Customer Experience. You are also responsible for helping prepare new community launches and ensure their success.

      What you will be doing:

      • Use data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of our community positioning and provide weekly insights
      • Develop community-specific marketing plans, including organic traffic generation, paid advertising, and email campaigns
      • Oversee the online customer experience during community launches and open houses to drive appointments
      • Monitor and manage marketing budgets for each division
      • Create compelling content that enhances the customer experience and converts web traffic into leads and appointments
      • Measure community performance and recommend adjustments to marketing strategies based on data insights
      • Serve as a liaison between corporate marketing and regional sales and marketing teams

      Qualified applicants have:

      • 3-5 years of successful marketing experience is preferred
      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communication, Journalism or related field; or equivalent experience
      • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
      • Exceptional organization, attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
      • Collaborative and strategic approach to lead creativity and change within the divisions
      • Demonstrated ability to write and proofread effective copy that drives online conversions
      • Demonstrated ability to oversee creative projects like video
      • Able to work effectively and independently in a complex professional environment
