POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Marketing Specialist will manage an in-house marketing strategy to support sales marketing through company-provided CRM, SEO platform, and social media. Responsibilities include coordinating and deploying marketing campaigns, understanding systems, and meeting deadlines.

We are hiring for an onsite employee at our San Ramon, CA or Baltimore, MD offices.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

1. Assist sales staff in harvesting existing database through dynamic data searches.
2. Use social media to promote individual branding.
3. Review and strategize potential deployments based on data.
4. Ensure project control and communication; provide weekly status reports.
5. Coordinate execution of marketing plans to achieve objectives.
6. Ensure proper communication during network interruptions/resolutions.
7. Partner with team lead and Director of Marketing on strategy and execution.
8. Update marketing systems to reflect sales branding.
9. Conduct meetings with sales staff.
10. Assess current processes for efficiencies.
11. Handle other projects as needed.
12. Oversee day-to-day tasks of the marketing strategic plan.
13. Conduct bi-weekly meetings and update internal reporting systems.
14. Make timely updates to internal systems.

Qualifications and experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
2. Extreme attention to detail.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. High integrity and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have:

1. Experience in the mortgage industry.
2. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
3. Experience with CRM, Social CRM, and SEO systems.

Physical and environmental conditions:

Standard office environment; partial sitting and walking; overtime may be required.

Salary ranges from $24.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
