  THE ROLE:

  We're looking for a motivated and talented Marketing Specialist to take the reins of our marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on position for a creative strategist who is passionate about showcasing the beauty of our work and delivering measurable results. You'll be responsible for everything from social media content to SEO, ad campaigns, and strategic planning, all centered around our exciting outdoor living projects.
  
  

  WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and posting compelling content that highlights our completed decks, patios, and other outdoor living spaces.
  • Take job site photos and videos, including drone shots, to beautifully showcase our finished projects.
  • Run our SEO programs, including local SEO and Google Business Profile management, to boost our online visibility for services like custom deck builder or patio construction.
  • Track the performance of our marketing campaigns using data to make smart decisions and ensure a great ROI.
  • Collaborate with management, advisors, and vendor partners to develop and manage the annual marketing budget.

  WHO YOU ARE:

  • You have a solid background in marketing, especially in the digital and social media space.
  • You're an SEO pro who understands how to leverage keyword research and local search to drive traffic and attract qualified leads.
  • You're skilled at creating and editing visual content, and maybe you've even flown a drone for a project before.
  • You’re a strategic thinker who is comfortable analyzing data to make smart decisions.
  • You can work well on your own and are great at managing your time and projects.
  • Bonus points if you have experience marketing for a construction, home improvement, or design-focused company.

  QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in a hands-on marketing role, with a focus on digital and social media.
  • Proven expertise in SEO and local search strategies is desirable.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative content creation skills, including photography and video. Experience with drone operation is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and using metrics to optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Prior experience in the construction, home improvement, or design industry is highly desirable.
