What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text
- Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits
- Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals and statisticians
- Measure and assess customer and employee satisfaction
- Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as surveys and opinion polls
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 17 years old
- Availability to work from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience or coursework in marketing, statistics, or a related field is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a marketing or research role
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and software
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
