Job Description
- Req#: r-11658
- Marketing Activities: development, planning and execution of marketing activities for the whole Sub-Region
- Events: development, planning and execution of events
- Digital Events: focus on planning, setting up and accompany digital and hybrid formats for the whole Sub-Region
- Sponsoring: support entire sponsoring process and internal approval processes in close cooperation with Global Brand Partnerships & Sponsoring team
- Analyse, create and maintain reports of activities, including performance and efficiency
- Write, proofread, and edit content for different channels for internal and external audiences and channels
- Future focused identifying new event formats, trends and embraces change to create new opportunities, to optimize and increase efficiency
- Project-, budget-, and event-management in compliance with the requirements of the internal business stakeholders such as legal, compliance, branding and communications, etc.
- Strategy: Support the implementation of the sub-regional marketing strategy fully aligned to the sub-regional business strategy by using the full marketing mix
- Higher education in marketing or equivalent
- Min. 3 years of experience in marketing, event and project management
- Experience in finance, private banking or equivalent desired
- A creative thinker that can transform ideas into actionable projects
- Proactive, and flexible personality. Ready to go the extra mile where needed and passionate about improving and differentiating client experiences
- Client-focused, service-oriented and flexible with high social competence, good teamplayer
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently
- Experienced and professional user of MS Office as well as digital affinity for technical marketing tools
- Excellent communication skills in English, German is desired (any other language as added value)
