It offers a range of products and services to meet the financial needs of its clients from retail lending, captive financing, and floorplan products to cash management, private banking, and payment processing.

      As an Associate, Marketing for the Chase Auto Consumer marketing team you will lead marketing initiatives to drive growth for Chase Auto across owned and paid digital channels including search, Chase.com and email and support employee marketing. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your digital marketing expertise to develop impactful campaigns based on evidence-based research and insights.

      Job Responsibilities

      • Translate Chase Auto business goals into marketing plans which communicate a clear value proposition to achieve stated marketing objectives
      • Lead the planning, development, execution, analysis, and assessment of marketing plans specific to assigned Chase Auto consumer audience segment(s). Track, monitor, analyze campaign KPIs and find opportunities to optimize future performance.
      • Work closely with Data & Analytics and Product partners to develop test design strategies driving application of learnings across the consumer book of work
      • Work across multi-functional teams, including Media Center of Excellence, Product, Campaign Management, Controls, and Legal/Regulatory
      • Own budgeting for all assigned marketing efforts, including forecasting, monthly expense management, tracking, and reporting to Finance partners

      Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

      • Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of marketing experience especially in digital platforms and channels across owned and paid properties
      • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with numerous stakeholders across a range of functional areas and teams
      • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills with high proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
      • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, working well under pressure with tight deadlines
      • Proactive mindset when problem solving and creating new solutions

      Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills (no more than 4)

      • Experience working in highly matrixed organization
      • Promote a strong control environment, adhere to procedures, while maintaining a customer-first mindset
      • Financial services or automotive industry knowledge/experience is a plus
