What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a key member of the enGen Strategy team and report to the Director of B to B Marketing
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and plans aligned with brand and acquisition goals
- Collaborate with enGen leadership to create strong brand positioning and value propositions
- Analyze customer journeys and use data insights to inform marketing strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive strategies to enhance marketing effectiveness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- 7 years of relevant experience in marketing or a related field
- Strong strategic acumen and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work in a heavily matrixed environment and partner effectively with diverse teams
- Experience with a full stack of marketing skills, including brand positioning and lead generation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA or other Master’s degree in a related discipline
- Experience in agency account management or brand/product management in retail or healthcare sectors
- Proven success in launching new products or managing product life cycles
- Familiarity with consultative selling techniques
- Professional experience using technology and AI in marketing functions
