      The Senior Marketing Strategy Associate, within the Lending Marketing team, will work across various lending products, initially focusing on Chase Pay In 4 and My Chase Loan, and will serve a pivotal role in the oversight of campaign strategy and planning. This position will be responsible for managing marketing roadmaps, building marketing strategy for all digital owned channels, and overseeing the development of campaign communications, which includes creative assets. This position sits within Customer & Connected Commerce Marketing, within Card Services in Chase’s Marketing Growth & Innovation organization.

      Job Responsibilities

      • You will help create the go-to-market plan for the products under your oversight, by utilizing our internal marketing channels and capabilities (email, banners, digital touches, branch communications), as well as help inform our external marketing strategy (paid media, social, PR).
      • You will partner across lines of business (LOBs) and our marketing centers of excellence (COEs) to build relationships and ensure our work is resourced and prioritized
      • You will develop subject matter expertise (SME) in lending and ensure all our strategies address LOB goals and objectives.
      • You will analyze marketing performance, customer insights, and key industry competitors in order to recommend and prioritize areas of optimization.

      Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
      • Strong project management and communication skills
      • Experience working with creative agencies (internal and external) and developing creative briefs
      • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably with digital-first initiatives and in the financial services industry

      • Work in a fast-paced, results-driven, highly dynamic environment while juggling a variety of workstreams
      • Proactively identify and own opportunities and resolutions end-to-end
      • Manage multiple stakeholders and help influence decisions for alignment
      • Collaborate with strategy partners to better understand each supported product and their KPIs
