      Qualifications

      • Education Required:
        • Enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with an interest in Marketing, or another relevant field
      • Must have completed at least one prior co-op work term in a Marketing or Business role
      • Preferably with brand management or e-commerce experience at CPG company/customer
      • Process oriented with a passion for continuous improvement
      • Demonstrated time management, problem solving, and analytical skills
      • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while delivering on-target results
      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

      Responsibilities

      • Support Brand Manager on brand plan execution and analytics to support Brand programs and share growth, including research, creative review, and digital executions
      • Support packaging changes and associated launch plans with internal and external stakeholder
      • Lead analytics on program executions, competitive tracking and insights
