      •Key Responsibilities
      Operational SEO Execution
      • Conduct keyword research to support market-level needs and content planning
      • Perform technical SEO audits using tools like Ahrefs and Google Search Console
      • Support content optimization efforts, including metadata, on-page structure, and internal linking
      • Compile and deliver monthly SEO performance reports using platforms such as Ahrefs, Heap, and GSC
      • Troubleshoot SEO issues reported by markets and provide actionable solutions
      SEO Training and Enablement
      • Assist in the delivery of SEO onboarding sessions and office hours for market teams
      • Help maintain and update SEO playbooks, best practices, and documentation
      • Create or revise modular self-serve resources to help markets troubleshoot and optimize independently
      • Support the creation and management of a centralized SharePoint hub for training and documentation
      Performance Monitoring and Insights
      • Support organic search sentiment analysis and reputation tracking efforts
      • Monitor and compile insights from dashboards (Heap, Ahrefs) to identify trends and performance risks
      • Assist in reporting on SEO impact for key product launches and post-launch evaluations
      Collaboration and Coordination
      • Work cross-functionally with content, analytics, and technical teams to support SEO integration
      • Participate in global team calls or content planning sessions as needed to ensure SEO considerations are addressed
      • Escalate technical SEO issues or strategic risks to the Global SEO and GTM Strategy Lead
      Tool and Vendor Support
      • Assist with access management, licensing coordination, and user onboarding for SEO tools
      • Support ongoing evaluation of tool usage and effectiveness
      • Coordinate with vendors for troubleshooting or platform improvements as needed
      Qualifications
      • 3+ years of experience in Digital marketing and hands-on SEO experience in global or multi-market environments
      • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Lumar (or equivalent)
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action
      • Excellent writing, editing, and grammar skills; able to craft and revise content that is clear, compelling, and optimized for search
      • Demonstrated experience creating or reviewing content for SEO, including metadata, headers, and on-page copy
      • Familiarity with CMS platforms and technical SEO principles (indexing, crawling, Core Web Vitals)
      • Strong knowledge of AI applications in SEO workflows (e.g., prompt engineering, content analysis, keyword generation, summarization)
      • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in marketing, content, and technology
      • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

      Duration: Through December 2025
      Location: Remote or Hybrid (based on candidate location & Amway Policy)
      Reports to: Global SEO and GTM Strategy Lead
