- Will liaison between vendors and customers to ensure customer satisfaction and overcome any challenges customers may experience online.
- Monitor site performance and order management with timely processes for payments, returns and parts requests.
- Rapidly address questions and issues to ensure customers have an excellent online experience and work to improve customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- Maintain and improve operations by monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving problems.
- Prepare and complete action plans and quality assurance programs.
- Oversight of customer and seller escalations to ensure issues are resolved in a professional and timely manner.
- Communicate with the Director on all issues that need to be escalated or addressed.
- Suggests ways to increase productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Perform any other duties as directed by management.
EXAMPLES OF WORKED PERFORMED FOR MARKETPLACE CUSTOMER COORDINATOR:
EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS FOR ONLINE MARKETPLACE CUSTOMER COORIDNATOR: Three to five years’ experience in customer relations or related field; must have outstanding written & oral communications skills; ability to handle confidential information. Extensive business knowledge, great interpersonal skills, and strong industry expertise are important. Must enjoy collaborating with others and building lasting relationships with vendors and customers. A consider-it-done mentality is key.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS: To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, an employee must be able to perform the following: Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, climbing, crawling, walking, pulling, lifting, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion.
Heavy Work: Lifting up to 20 lbs occasionally.
