      What you need to have:

      • Hold, or on track to achieve, a 2:1 or higher in your degree with availability to start in September 2024.

      • An aptitude for strategic thinking, problem-solving, and a passion for analytics.

      • Strong teamwork, leadership, and relationship-building skills across all levels.

      • Eligibility to work in the UK or Republic of Ireland (no visa sponsorship provided).

      • An interest in our consulting themes is essential; extensive experience or qualifications are not required.
