      Based in Las Vegas or remote, as a MarTech Implementation Senior Architect, you will be at the forefront of our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences across digital channels including caesars.com, the Caesars Rewards app, and all digital hospitality products. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target implementations, or similar solutions in the future, across Caesars.com and the Caesars Rewards app, both integral parts of our digital ecosystem. With your deep expertise in data collection strategy, strong attention to detail, and your passion for data-driven decision-making, you will help optimize our digital platforms to improve the user experience and drive business growth.


      The ideal candidate will have a proven track record and deep passion for the development of amazing guest-facing experiences and the associated data capture needed to report and improve on those experiences.


      Key Responsibilities:

      Lead the implementation and configuration of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target, or similar systems in the future, across Caesars.com and the Caesars Rewards app, ensuring accurate and reliable tracking of key user behaviors, transactions, and events

      Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to translate business goals into actionable tracking and reporting requirements

      Design and implement custom tags, variables, and events using Adobe Tags and Adobe Experience Platform, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and media pixels and/or tags

      Write stories and acceptance criteria for product teams to deliver

      Develop and maintain a robust data architecture across web and mobile platforms to ensure data consistency and accuracy within our common headless codebase

      Troubleshoot and resolve any data collection or reporting issues in all platforms, ensuring the integrity of data across all digital touchpoints

      Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for further optimization and advanced analytics techniques

      Lead strategies for adoption and use of collected data within other internal database driven teams, our CDP (Hightouch), and other integration opportunities

      Write and update data dictionary documentation

      Stay up to date with the latest Adobe Analytics features, industry trends, and emerging technologies, sharing your knowledge and helping implement new tools or processes to improve performance

      Partner with QA Lead dedicated to the MarTech Implementation team to test, document and accept work completed by partner teams

      Qualifications:

      Bachelor’s degree or comparable work history in the field is required. A Master’s degree is a plus

      Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, merchandising, ecommerce, communication planning, or related roles centered around data

      Proven track-record of developing and implementing a digital analytics implementation and ability to gather requirements and work with product teams for development

      Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

      Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytics concepts into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders

      Strong attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all digital properties

      Travel for quarterly planning session is expected

      A proactive problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation in the analytics space

      Knowledge of the gaming, entertainment, and hospitality industries is a plus
