      About the Role
      We're looking for an experienced Director of Operations to lead Martell Growth Solutions. This role is crucial, overseeing financials, driving sales, shaping strategy, fostering effective leadership, managing talent, internal operations, and facilitating program growth.

      This team member reports directly to Dan Martell and collaborates closely with key leaders to ensure ongoing success and prosperity.

      Ideal Candidate
      The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a proven track record in effectively managing teams of 25+. A strong background in operations is crucial, as this role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of Martell Growth Solutions and its diverse team. Key aspects of the role include expertise in developing pipelines, adept financial management, and the ability to establish and foster processes, rhythms, and a thriving organizational culture. Previous experience in an agency or media setting is highly advantageous, particularly given the collaborative work with a substantial creative team.

      Responsibilities:

      1. Business Operations: Working closely with the Creative Director, Sales Leader, and Executive Assistant to the CEO to lead and manage all day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and vision.
      2. Program Management: Own the program's growth and encompass the sales processes and the marketing engine, which includes responsibilities such as managing marketing metrics (new followers), tracking cash collections, spearheading strategy development, and customer satisfaction (NPS scores).
      3. People Management and Development: Within 45 days, work with all team members to ensure they have proper resources, communicate organizational changes, and manage strategic planning, weekly meeting cadences, 1:1s, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and culture and engagement (eNPS scores).
      4. Project Management: Within 30 days, review all open projects with leaders to assist in management. This will develop into ongoing project management; collaborating with managers and assisting in execution as needed.
      5. Financial Management: Within 45 days, proactively monitor all aspects of financials to own the financial operation as a whole, including budgets, P&L, spending, cash flow, balance sheet compensation packages, taxes, and online tools. Studio Management: Oversee management of the studio, including optimizing the use of the space and production schedules, and cultivating a culture of collaboration, creativity, and efficiency among the team.

      Experience and Qualifications

      Required:

      • Background in managing teams and planning rhythms (i.e. EOS, Scaling Up, Mochary Method)
      • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding team members
      • Experience managing sales and marketing strategies
      • Experience overseeing financials (including compensation packages), taxes, and online tools
      • Program management experience
      • Project management experience
      • Knowledge of social media marketing

      Preferred:

      • Agency or media background
