Job Description

- Inspect raw product for nonconformities in quality, box by weight and place on pallet
- Label boxes by weight and product identification
- Assist in the removal of casing and dipping of uncased products
- Assist in the separating, bagging and boxing of cheese sticks
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow GMP/HAACP procedures
- Assist with other tasks as assigned; may assist in other departments
- Ability to test and read scales

MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD AND NOT CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN HIGH SCHOOL
This role will require extended hours based on production needs, including work to be performed after regular business hours and on weekends.
Primary Function:
Support dry processing of Snack Food products through sorting, dipping, packing and weighing as well as assisting in other tasks, which prepare product for packaging.
