What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a comprehensive and dynamic 30-minute warm-up class each morning
- Take ownership of the spa and fitness facilities, including massage rooms, and perform daily and weekly cleaning duties
- Prepare massage rooms and create a calm and inviting environment
- Manage the guest massage schedule and handle charge entry for completed massages
- Support the ski program by assisting with radio duty and rescue response
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1000 hours of certified massage training with education documentation
- Food Safe Certificate, preferred
- Experience working in a remote lodge, preferred
- Integrity, discretion, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Passion for massage experiences in the backcountry
- Ability to work long days and be flexible in assisting with other lodge duties
- Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback
- Ability to work as part of a cohesive team and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Trustworthiness and self-directedness in completing job responsibilities
