Teach massage therapy techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage
Instruct on anatomy, physiology, ethics, and business practices
Evaluate student performance through practical and written assessments
Maintain compliance with state licensing and educational standards
Provide mentorship and career guidance to students
Collaborate with staff to support program goals and student success
Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for education and student development
Ability to adapt teaching style to diverse learning needs
