- Personalize the Experience: Collaborate closely with guests to understand their needs and preferences, tailoring your massage techniques to address their specific concerns and promote optimal well-being.
- Elevate the Guest Experience: Provide professional and therapeutic massage services that exceed expectations and create lasting memories for our guests.
- Maintain a Pristine Spa Sanctuary: Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean, organized, and inviting.
- Uphold Spa Excellence: Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements and maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate maintenance needs to the Massage Spa Services Manager and Spa Director.
- Be a Team Player: Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Provide Professionalism: Provide services with professionalism, prioritizing guests’ needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Follow Established Protocols: Follow established massage treatment protocols and assist in developing new services and product recommendations.
- Perform Additional Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Customer Service Passion: You're dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences that leave a lasting impression.
- Communication Prowess: You have strong communication skills and a talent for connecting with guests on a personal level.

- Flexibility and Reliability: This position requires availability to work weekends and holidays as needed to accommodate guest schedules and ensure exceptional service.
- Physical Stamina: Capability to lift over 80 pounds occasionally and stand or walk for 4-5 hours at a time.

- Multitasking Ability: Ability to multitask and manage various initiatives simultaneously.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

- Experience Preferred: 1-2 years of guest service experience in a spa, hotel, or similar service-oriented environment preferred.
- Product Knowledge: Strong product and service knowledge, including retail offerings.
- Communication Skills: Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Leadership Skills: Leadership experience is a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or GED, along with two years of guest service experience, preferably in hospitality A minimum of 500 hours at an accredited Massage Therapy program..
