  What We Offer:

  Competitive Pay & Bonuses:

  • Base pay: $27–$30 per service hour

  • Bonuses: $2–$20 per service

  • Friday nights & weekend differential: +$4/hr

  • Average tips: $34.16 per service

  • Pay for no-shows & late cancellations

  What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver customized, therapeutic massage to meet client needs

  • Recommend follow-up care and personalized wellness plans

  • Build lasting client relationships based on trust and care

  • Maintain professionalism and protect client confidentiality

  • Support team goals and foster a positive clinic environment

  What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed Massage Therapist with 500+ hours of education

  • Passion for wellness and continued learning

  • Strong communication and listening skills

  • A team player who shows up, helps out, and stays positive
