  Le massothérapeute accueille et prend en charge les clients en leur offrant des soins de qualité, selon les normes et standards établis. Il veille à la satisfaction et à la sécurité des clients tout en maintenant un environnement propre et professionnel. Proactif et organisé, il contribue à l’atteinte des objectifs du spa et favorise un climat de travail harmonieux et respectueux.

  Ce que vous ferez :

  • Accueillir chaleureusement les clients et réaliser les soins de massothérapie selon les normes de la marque, en assurant qualité, sécurité et satisfaction.

  • Préparer, organiser et entretenir les cabines, le matériel et les produits, tout en respectant les règles d’hygiène et de propreté.

  • Gérer son temps efficacement en respectant les horaires et la durée des soins.

  • Contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs du spa et assurer un haut niveau de qualité dans son travail.

  • Participer aux formations, aux réunions d’équipe et appliquer les connaissances acquises sur le terrain.

  • Favoriser un environnement de travail sain, sécuritaire et collaboratif avec collègues et supérieurs.

  • Respecter les règles, standards et valeurs de l’entreprise (éthique, intégrité, professionnalisme).

  Ce que vous contribuez :

  • Expérience antérieure de 2 à 3 ans dans un poste similaire ;

  • Formation professionnelle et adhésion à une association de massothérapie reconnue ; un atout

  • Forte compétence en communication

  • Une excellente compréhension du mode de fonctionnement des divers services du Spa, notamment les bienfaits, indications et contre-indications.

  • Capable de mettre en valeur les soins et services sans démarche commerciale intrusive.

  • Travailler en harmonie avec ses collègues et ses gestionnaires

  Spa Massage Therapist

  About the role:

  *Due to local regulations, priority will be given to candidates who are authorized to work in Canada and are fluent in both French and English, spoken and written.

  The massage therapist warmly welcomes and cares for clients by providing high-quality treatments in accordance with established standards and protocols. They ensure client satisfaction and safety while maintaining a clean and professional environment. Proactive and organized, they contribute to achieving spa objectives and foster a harmonious and respectful work atmosphere.

  What you will do:

  • Warmly welcome clients and perform massage therapy treatments in accordance with brand standards, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and products while following hygiene and cleanliness protocols.

  • Manage time efficiently by adhering to appointment schedules and treatment durations.

  • Contribute to achieving spa goals and maintain high-quality work standards.

  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings, applying learned best practices in daily work.

  • Promote a healthy, safe, and collaborative work environment with colleagues and supervisors.

  • Uphold company policies, standards, and core values such as ethics, integrity, and professionalism.

  What you bring:

  • 2 to 3 years of previous experience in a similar position

  • Professional training and membership with a recognized massage therapy association, an asset

  • Strong communication skills

  • Excellent understanding of how the various spa services operate, including their benefits, indications, and contraindications

  • Ability to promote treatments and services in a subtle and non-intrusive manner

  • Ability to work harmoniously with colleagues and managers
