      Within our Service Organization, we are looking for a Master Data Expert. This is a multiple Markets/countries interaction role with focus in driving and supporting master data activities for day-to-day business, as well as Business Transformation, securing MD KPIs including analysis and statistics of data management.
      In this role, you will be responsible of data analysis coordinating work within other functions/processes and applying the continuous improvement methodology to achieve target score and securing high quality of master data. In this position you will be in contact with Service Directors, Global Process Drivers/Coaches, Programme Managers, and other functions to act as mentor, trainer, and coach. This role is unique, hence flexibility is s very high requested attitude.


      This is global role. The position can be based in any of our offices.

      What you will do

      • Understand and ensure compliance within the business rules for master data necessary to execute the processes.
      • Create and maintain business rules and workflows for data fields
      • Ensure execution of business workflow processes for data creation/modification/deletion, make recommendations for continuous improvement of data rules and workflows
      • Execute/resolve master data issues with high quality and accuracy with our MDM tool and SAP.
      • Ensure that Master Data competence gaps are identified and closed.
      • Drive process integration to set standards and assure Master Data quality
      • Drive implementation of Master Data policies in local organizations
      • Coordinate master data related training needs
      • Work to resolve cross process issues that are master data related
      • Monitor master data quality metrics relevant to drive process performance
      • Work with other central master data teams to coordinate required data cleansing, data conversion activities and input on local master data requirements
      • Support the line organization and cross-process teams that has an impact on OFSP master data
      • Validate and advice master data implications for business transformation initiatives
      • Provide support for all applicable Tetra Pak Tools used in master data processes and assist with testing of new process solutions

      We believe you have

      Education and Languages:
      • University / college Degree (Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Operations management, Finance, MIS);
      • Fluency in English (both spoken and written).

      Professional Skills and Experience:
      • 4 years of experience in master data management activities
      • SAP R/3 ECC: Good overall knowledge of the ERP.
      • BO Reporting.
      • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite in general
      • Excellent knowledge of Excel, including macro’s management
      • Power BI: Able to work with the tool and build reports out of different data sources
      • Able to work with big amount of data
      • Analytical skills – Attention to details
      • Coaching: Provides timely guidance and feedback to help stakeholders strengthen specific knowledge related to running hours
      • Knowledge Sharing: Uses formal, informal, and systematic methods to impart information to others that increases organizational effectiveness.
      • Informal Authority: Leads others towards behavioral change by positively engaging them in the use of process and tools.
      • Documentation: Writes and localizes reference materials such as instructions, procedures, and guidelines to support his/her work and coach others.
      • Troubleshooting: Uses logic, judgment, and data to understand and solve end user problems.
      • Test & Validation: Knows how to test and validate new process and system changes.
      • Help ticketing system: Had worked with a service support ticket handling system
