      An opportunity has arisen to join as Master Data Manager in the Benelux to manage the operational and project activities of the Supply Points Master Data Management team.       Danone Business Services Benelux (DBS) provides business services for finance, employee services and expert activities to all business units in the Benelux. The Business Services are set up transversally, providing the team with a cross entity overview of the activities in the Benelux, as well as offering the possibility to move between different service lines as part of your career planning. The DBS team consists of around 120 people, with 21 different nationalities, and the primary location is in the Netherlands, Zoetermeer with some positions in Belgium for proximity reasons.

      In this role as Master Data Manager for Supply Points including the EU centralized plant-based platform, the primary and prefered location is Belgium, Zwevegem (Brussels also being a potential option).You will be managing a team of MDM Specialists and you will be responsible for delivering all MDM services for multiple Supply Points. The MDM Manager is familiar with the key master data systems and master data governance across the different functional areas like Vendor, Product and Material master data. You will be the main contact for business teams for driving the master data management agenda of the different Supply Points.

      You will report to the Master Data Lead Benelux and your key missions will notably include:

      • Managing the operational master data management team of 8 MDM Specialists
      • Responsible for the coordination of creation/ changing of master data within the in-scope data objects (products, materials, bill-of-materials, vendors, …) and supply point locations;
      • Monitor and facilitate all related master data requests coming across the different functional domains;
      • Define and implement recommendations to improve processes;
      • Build strategic relationships with stakeholders to drive the master data management agenda;
      • Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of data quality rules and KPI’s;
      • Participate and coordinate team through various of global and local projects,

      To be successful in this role:

      • You have a Master Degree and around 5 years of proven experience in key MDM subject-matter expert regarding specific MD Domain(s);
      • Knowledge of Enterprise solutions (SAP, PLM and BI) and Master Data Management solutions are considered a plus;
      • You have preferable experience in managing a team;
      • You have strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complexity into simple and efficient actions.
