      Responsibilities

      Our newest opportunity is for a talented Master Document Controller (KSA Citizen) to join our Project Management Division based in Jeddah, KSA. This position is responsible for ensuring that all matters related to Document Control and Distribution are handled to an international standard..

      We envisage success in this role to include;

      • Establishing and maintaining Master Library for project documents.
      • Assisting in establishing and maintaining an effective and up-to-date electronic and hard-copy filing system for project documents.
      • Maintaining document control registers for incoming and outgoing project documents.
      • Applying document control principles across engineering and supplier/contractor document control.
      • Retrieving or generating electronic copies or hard-copies of technical documentation when required by Project Manager.
      • Leading at the stage of project close out, the arranging of document cataloging, packing and archiving or disposal by appropriate means.
      • Monitoring and tracking archived material in terms of time, location and volume in collaboration with Facilities Team.
      • Ensuring confidentiality and security of all project-related documentation.
      • Managing activities within own field of responsibility to ensure delivery to day-to-day, weekly and monthly deadlines.
      • Using initiative to ensure that work processes, procedures and systems are effective and efficient.
      • Communicating effectively at all levels to support collaborative work practices and achievement of team goals.
      • Managing own continuous development and support the development of colleagues.
      • Maintaining a Client-focused approach to the delivery of services of the team.
      • Performing other duties as required.

      Qualifications

      To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include at least 10 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor Degree in a relevant field. Fluency in English is essential. Our project is valued in Billion's of SAR and involves complex contracts so we are looking for a person who has demonstrable experience in a similar scenario.

      The software and systems being utilised on the project are as below, therefore a high level of experience in these is required.

      • Must have experience in both ProjectWise and Unifier EDM Systems;
      • SharePoint high literacy
      • Literacy in ISO9000 quality requirements.

      Job Specific Competencies:

      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Knowledge of document management standards, procedures and instructions including QMS.

      This role is allocated for Candidates that hold a KSA Passport.
