- Coach and mentor technicians through orientation, training, and the establishment of objectives.
- Direct, schedule, and perform preventative maintenance tasks and minor mechanical repairs on material-handling equipment.
- Perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on high-tech automated equipment.
- Utilize CMMS-generated preventive maintenance worksheets to maintain distribution machinery and equipment.
- Maintain a safe work environment by identifying and addressing potential safety issues.
- Electrical troubleshooting
- PLC troubleshooting
- Electrical maintenance
- Mechanical repairs
- Hydraulics and pneumatics
- Ability to coach, lead, and mentor technicians
- Experience with mechanical and electrical equipment and components
- Knowledge of 3 phase motors and 480v systems
- Experience with integrated systems with PLCs
- Troubleshooting and repair of Allen Bradley PLCs (old and new)
- Experience with high-speed automated sorting machines
- Knowledge of VFDs, photo eyes, and sensors
- Experience with robotic equipment and gantry cranes
- Familiarity with 30 miles of conveyors, 4 sorters, and 12 cranes
- Experience with PLC PM programs and TMI Systems software

Direct, schedule, and perform preventative maintenance tasks and minor mechanical repairs on material-handling equipment, as well as corrective and predictive maintenance on high-tech automated equipment. Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for maintaining distribution machinery and equipment according to manufacturer recommendations and good maintenance practices. Ensure a safe work environment by identifying and addressing potential safety issues.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65582.00 - $100235.00/yr.
