      Position Overview:
      The Master Scheduler, Production is responsible for developing and maintaining the production schedule, coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations, and adjusting plans based on demand forecasts and production constraints.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Develop and manage the production schedule to align with customer orders and inventory levels.
      • Analyze demand forecasts and adjust production plans accordingly.
      • Collaborate with production managers to prioritize production runs based on capacity and lead times.
      • Monitor production progress, identifying potential bottlenecks or delays.
      • Communicate with the supply chain team to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
      • Utilize scheduling software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to optimize production efficiency.
      • Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production scheduling.
      • Continuously improve scheduling processes and methodologies.
      • Participate in cross-functional meetings to address production concerns and share updates.

      The ideal candidate will the following:

      Education and Experience:
      Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
      4-6 years of experience in production scheduling or manufacturing planning.
