      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in agile project planning activities and capture project milestones and deliverables
      - Develop and maintain milestone and deliverable schedules across all transformation projects
      - Ensure documentation and tracking of internal and external project dependencies
      - Manage the Master Schedule, tracking changes and reporting impacts to deliverables
      - Identify and develop solutions for process improvements throughout project lifecycles

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS in a related discipline with 12 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 10 years of relevant experience
      - Experience managing schedules for agile projects
      - Proven working knowledge of MS Project and/or other schedule management tools
      - Ability to work independently with overall responsibility for the Master Schedule
      - Proven ability to work well within a team and collaborative environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience working on Health Technology programs and agile project environments
      - PMP Certification
      - Experience with SSI Tool Integration with Microsoft Project
