      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the Field Director, online faculty, online students, and community partners in a proactive manner
      - Coordinate partnerships between the online social work component and community agencies for securing quality placements
      - Conduct student field advising for online MSW students and finalize each student placement
      - Manage pre-placement and placement data tracking for all online MSW students
      - Facilitate and manage agency and supervisor training for the online social work field component

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's in Social Work (MSW) from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited program
      - Minimum of two years post-MSW practice experience
      - Licensed Clinical Social Worker preferred
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and remain calm under pressure
      - Knowledge and understanding of CSWE field accreditation guidelines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with online field management platforms including Intern Placement Tracking and My Record Tracker
      - Strong critical thinking skills in problem-solving and decision-making
      - Demonstrated professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills
