Job Description

- Supports and facilitates regular swim practices to a variety of ability groups
- Coaches and instructs all participants, differentiating approaches based on varying abilities and experience
- Participates in practice and meet set up and break down and maintains an organized area
- Supports swim meets and various aspects of these trips
- Help determine swimmers’ events for meet entries
- Hours available during the following practice times: Monday/Wednesday/Friday 5:30 – 6:30am and Saturday 7:15 – 8:45am
- $14.50 - $16 per hour depending on experience.

The Granite YMCA is seeking a Master’s Coach for our swim team at our YMCA Allard Center of Goffstown location. Join an impactful team that supports swimmer and community growth!
The Master’s Coach supports swimmer development and team growth, working to achieve individual goals and team outcomes. Reliable, positive and enthusiastic coaches implement practices for varying skill levels from newly competitive to accomplished triathletes. The majority of our Master’s swimmers are triathletes preparing for events of varying distances.
Hiring for a September start date, with potential to start earlier, in time for the fall prep and winter season. Our Master’s program runs year-round. Flexible availability to attend most weekend swim meets throughout the winter is required. Prior experience coaching triathletes and long-distance swimmers, experience as a collegiate swimmer, and US Master's Coaching Certification are preferred.
